I initially contacted Arnold it was to enquire about his Property Management services, as I found myself in a situation of having to move back home for a family medical situation.

Arnold’s open and friendly attitude immediately put me at ease. His knowledge of the local market, his professional and his calm demeanor led me to believe that he was the right person to handle my needs, and quickly. Arnold immediately provided me with comparable rental prices/homes for rent in my neighborhood so that we would be able to set the rent competitively in order to secure a tenant within a month.
